We aim to process and despatch your order within 48 hours some orders may take longer similarly larger items over 1.5 metres in length may require additional time and costs.

The foam centre will gladly replace any incorrectly supplied foam. We are unable to exchange or refund bespoke cut to order foam or items that are not damaged or incorrect.
